Main Hall

The main hall can be used for most large functions, the maximum capacity for any Dinner/Dance type function is approximately 250, as extra space is required for upto 25 Round tables. Each table seats up to 10 guests. Hire
of the Main Hall includes the FREE use of following areas: Small events, Stage, Bar,Green Rooms.

Small Events

The small events Hall is a large unfurnished area that can be utilised for smaller functions for upto 180 guests, it can also be used as a dining or servery area for guests attending a Main Hall event.

The stage is provided free when hiring the Main Hall, Please advise GAAL should you have any special requirements eg for the use/erection of Mandaps or speacial display equipment.

Green Rooms

There are 2 Green rooms that can be used as a changing room or storage area, hire of any of the green rooms include the usage of nearby shower facilities.

Bar/Lounge

The Bar area is used for the serving of drinks, if a licenced bar has been requested we will provide full bar staff only. No unauthorised personel will be allowed behind the bar at any time. If you wish to serve your own drinks please notify us, also note you can NOT sell any drinks anywhere on the premisis.

Terrace

The open air terrace area will only be opened (seasonally) on request and at the discretion of GAAL, the area must be monitored by the hirer at all times and unaccompanied children should under no circumstances be allowed at ant time.

Kitchen

Kitchen area consists preparation tables, heating and washing facilities, hirers are expected to leave kitchen in a clean and hygenic condition at end of hire. Cooking or frying are not allowed in the kitchen without prior consent from GAAL.

The Hall has 2 carparks, one located on either side of the building, both car parks can accommodate upto 130 vehicles, if more than 70 veheicles will be parked during hire, it is a requirement to have parking attendants present.
